Editorial Policy
Effective: August 10, 2026
Purpose and ownership
wodejia.pub publishes instructions for using its timer and practical guides about focused work. Beck owns the site and is responsible for its product and editorial decisions. We do not claim medical, psychological, or academic credentials.
What qualifies for publication
- The page must answer a distinct question and include a workflow a reader can actually try.
- Product behavior must match the current application.
- Research claims must link to an identifiable original or authoritative source.
- Examples must be clearly hypothetical unless they describe a documented real person or event.
- Health-related guidance must stay general, avoid treatment claims, and include an appropriate limitation.
AI-assisted drafts
Software may help brainstorm or draft text, but generated copy is treated as an unpublished draft. It is not allowed to invent experience, quotations, studies, statistics, testimonials, or sources. A public article must be manually rewritten or reviewed, checked against its cited sources, and marked with an accuracy-review date.
Corrections and updates
When a factual error is confirmed, we correct the article and update its review date. Material changes to a comparison, conclusion, or safety limitation are reflected in the visible copy. Readers can report an issue through the contact page.
Advertising and commercial influence
The site may use Google AdSense to fund hosting and development. Advertising does not determine which topics we cover or the conclusions of a guide. We do not ask readers to click ads. Paid or affiliate relationships, if introduced in the future, will be labeled next to the relevant link or recommendation.
